In order to use this portal, you must register as a citizen first by following these steps,
- Visit the official Bhu Bharti Portal Telangana.
- On the top right of the home page click on the login option.
- Select citizens from the role option
- Below the login box, click on the signup option
- Fill in all the details like you name, mobile number etc
- Click on the Get OTP Option
- Fill in the OTP you’ve received

- On the homepage locate and click I the “Land Details Search” Option Under the information services section
- Select how you want to search like Survey number or Sub Division number, Pattadar Passbook Number or by selecting your district, Mandal and village

NALA stands for non agricultural land assessment, the steps for applying in NALA on the Bhu Bharti Portal are as follows
- Visit the official, website and log in through your mobile number and OTP
- On the homepage click on NALA under transactional services
- Select application for NALA and click proceed
- Choose the type of land conversion and enter your Pattadar Passbook Number
- Click on fetch to load all your land details
- Click on the checkbox next to Survey Number you want to convert and enter land extent.
- Click proceed for payment
- Click on make payment, accept the terms and conditions and proceed to payment gateway
- Complete the fee payment.
Slot Booking For NALA Application
For completion of your NALA Application, you need to book a slot
- Go to the dashboard and click on book a slot
- Enter your address and download NALA undertaking form
- Tick all the checkboxes in form and download the completed version
- Upload the file undertaking back on portal
- Choose preferable slot time and date then click submit
- Your application will now be sent to Tahsildar for review
- Download your slot receipt, e-challan and transaction summary for your personal records.

How to Apply For Succession On Bhu Bharti Portal Telangana
If someone has passed away and the land is to be transferred to the legal hiers, here’s how it can be applied for Succession using Bhu Bharti Portal Telangana
- Login to the portal and go to transactional services and choose mutation
- Click on application for Succession
- Choose the will deed type (if applicable)
- Enter your Passbook Number if you have and click on fetch
- If not then select district, Mandal, village, Survey Number and khata number then click on fetch
- Select the extent of land to be passed and enter the year of death Of the landowner
- If the legal heir has passbook in Telangana then click yes and enter number then click fetch.
- IF not then click no and click on add family member
- Fill in the heir’s details and click add family number
- For any missing info, click additional details enter the rest and click update family member
- Download the joint Agreement of Legal Heirs, fill it and upload it again.
- Upload the required details and proceed for payment.

Once the application form is filled, follow these steps
- Go to you dashboard and click on book slot.
- Select the slot date and time click submit
- Your application is now sent to Tahsildar for review and further steps
- Download you slot receipt for the records.
How To Correct RoR Errors On Bhu Bharti Telangana (Name, Land Nature, Or Extent)
If there is a mistake in passbook or land records, correct it by following the steps below
- Login and go to RoR corrections under transactional services and choose application for passbook data correction.
- Click proceed then new request to start a fresh correction.
- Enter your Passbook Number and click fetch.
- Your land and personal details will load, check and correct them
- For name change- verify aadhaar with OTP and update caste and address
- For land nature- select the checkbox next to land extent and update land classification
- For extent correction-tick the survey area and update the new size
- Upload the necessary documents
- Click submit.
