About YEIDA Plot Scheme (RPS09/2025)
A new residential plot scheme has been launched by the YEIDA called the RPS09/2025. People who are planning to own a plot near the prime areas of Noida have a great chance to apply for this scheme. The RPS 09/2025 is in Pocket-9B, sector 18, near the upcoming Jewar International Airport. People who are willing to register will be selected on the basis of draw system which makes the selection method more fair and open. This scheme offers 276 plots of which every plot is roughly 200 sq mt. In size. Under this scheme all the residents must register Rs. 7 lakhs.

Venue For Draw
In the presence of the allotment committee and supervisors the allotment will be held at India Expo Centre and Mart, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age for applying and if applying in partnership then a legal contract is required.
- Applicants must be Indian citizens and NRIs and should not be barred by the Indian or U.P government.
- Only one plot per category will be assigned to the eligible individual
- Those who have already been assigned a plot under any other scheme are not eligible for YEIDA scheme
- If the applicant’s family member be it be spouse, children or parents own a plot under any scheme, they will be disqualified.
- Only the immediate family member along with proof can apply for this scheme. If both the spouse are allotted with plot , one must surrender within a month.

Process Of Lottery Draw
- The lottery draw is scheduled to take place on 11th July 2025
- The draw process will be live telecasted on Doordarshan along with Youtube and Facebook channels of YEIDA.
- The allotment will be held in front of all the allotment committee and officials.
- The final list will be uploaded on the official website of YEIDA.
